 The Casing: The casing is constructed of 3/4" solid pine chosen for it's stability, strength, and light weight . Once machined, the entire piece is coated with Olympic Premium environmentally friendly, non-toxic finish. The corners are fastened with screws for a strong joint.
The Inserts: The inserts (shelves), are constructed using HiCore, a premium quality corrugated plastic. Used in the outdoor sign industry for it's incredible ability to resist stains, fading, and warping, this material is completely recyclable and is perfect for this application. Note: These are not constructed with foamcore board. HiCore is a much stronger, all plastic structure board! We are the only people we are aware of at this time using this method of manufacturing and are very proud to offer this lightweight yet very strong design!
The Backing: The back is constructed of 1/8" thick tempered hardboard coated white, similar to white markerboard. This adds incredible strength to the entire structure of the organizer.
The Accessories: Most organizers arrive to you with two heavy-duty , sawtooth type hangers mounted on the back making the unit easy to mount on the wall using the hanger of your choice. In addition, the organizers also have felt feet mounted on the bottom making it ready to use on a tabletop as well! |
