Shipping / Purchasing
* How quick will my order ship out and how? We try to process and ship all orders within 15 business days. Occasionally, during peak times, it may take as long as 30 days to get your order out. Please know we will fill your order as quickly as possible!
* Is there any other way to pay for my order than PayPal? Yes! We will gladly accept a check or money order if you prefer. Please allow a few extra days for the payment to clear if you don't mind. Email us if you plan to pay this way so we can provide mailing instructions.
* Do you ship outside the United States? We regretfully no longer ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. If you are located outside of the contiguous 48 states (including Alaska), we will not be able to ship orders to you. Please accept our apology in this matter.
* Can I avoid shipping charges? Sure! If you are able to pick the order up at our location in Springfield, TN., simply select "local pickup" on the checkout page and no shipping charges will be added.
* What's the story on the packing peanuts? Our packing peanuts are 100% earth-friendly! 100% bio-degradable, they literally dissolve when they become wet. They are corn-starch based and tons-of-fun to play with! Great for kids or grandkids! See what you can do with these here!
* Do you offer insurance on the shipment? Yes! Insurance on your order is automatically included in the shipping costs! You can see our shipping rates here.
* Do you offer a "money-back" guarantee? Absolutely! If you are not completely satisifed with your products upon arrival, simply contact us and we will arrange to provide you a full refund ASAP!
* Are you a re-seller for these organizers? No. We are the actual manufacturer. We make each unit ourselves, by hand in our shop in northern middle Tennessee. Our products are completely Made in the U.S.A.!
* Do you sell in Scrapbooking / Craft stores? No. At this time, we only sell via the internet. |
Products
* Can I hang these units on the wall? Yes! We actually encourage it! There's no better way to save space in your craft room than to make use of the most "unused" area in your room. You have your supplies off your worktop and in view for easy, quick accessibility! Heavy-duty sawtooth hangers are already mounted on the back of each unit (excluding the Stamp Set and Bigz Organizer).
* Are the inserts (shelves) made of "foamcore"? No, the inserts are actually made of Coroplast, a premium quality corrugated plastic. This is much stronger and more durable than foamcore. Corrugated plastic is an all plastic structure board that is very lightweight yet very stable material that resists stains, warping, or fading! This material is heavily used in the outdoor sign industry. No trees are sacrificed either!
* Do you do "custom colors"? Sure! All we ask is that you go to a local Lowe's Homecenter and pick a color sample that can be mixed in the Olympic Premium, eco-friendly paint. Just let us know the name and we'll have the color mixed to be used for your organizers. We charge a one time $10.00 fee to simply cover the cost of the paint. Also, remember the inserts and backing will still be White. You can see our stock colors here.
* Can I buy these "unfunished"? No. Sorry, the stock material we use for the cabinets comes pre-primed so we can only offer these in a color finish.
* What is the finish made of? We use Olympic brand, 100% non-toxic, eco-friendly latex paint. The paint has the "green" seal of approval and provides a very durable, semi-gloss finish which is very cheerful and easy to clean!
* Is there any assembly required? No! All of our organizers are completely finished and "ready-to-use" right out of the box!

* What if I'm not completely satisfied with my purchase? If you are not completely satisfied with the products you receive, please let us know and we will correct the issue ASAP! We value customer satisfaction above all other areas of our business and want every customer to be very happy! We will do whatever necessary to ensure that happens.
* Do you make "custom" orders? I'm sorry. At this time, we just do not have the time to build custom orders. We have in the past and hope to in the future, but right now we just are not able to. Thank you for your understanding.
* Do you offer discount codes? Yes! From time to time we run various promotions/ sales in which we offer discount codes to use upon checkout for instant savings! We promote these through facebook and email.For email notification of sales, please sign up here.
