Your satisfaction is our number one priority- period. If you are not completely satisfied with the products you receive from OrganizeMore, please let us know and we will do everything possible to resolve any issue asap! If any item arrives damaged, we will send a replacement quickly. The replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost. We may need a photo of the damage in order to file a claim with UPS.
If returning a product for certain reasons such as dissatisfaction, the return shipping costs will be the customers responsibility. Once we receive the organizer(s) back in original condition, we will issue an immediate refund for the original purchase cost of the organizer(s). In most cases, we are not able to refund the original shipping charges.
If you simply change your mind about the purchase and contact us before the order is shipped, we can issue a full refund to you including shipping charges. Please contact us if there is a problem with your order and we will do everything possible to resolve the issue ASAP.
Because our organizers are hand-made and hand-painted, you may find small character traits or distinctions in our units that you might not find in mass-produced organizers. But, we will never compromise the structure, strength, or overall quality of our units! We carefully inspect each and every unit we ship out.
