Special Orders
Due to an overwhelming demand for more compact, affordable storage, we have shifted much of our efforts to our new Smarter Cubby collection of organizers. As a result, some of our classic organizers have been, or are in the process of being retired. If there is an organizer you purchased in the past and want to purchase again, please contact us using the process outlined below. Thank you.
Request a Special Order
- To request a special order item, you must first have an existing acct. on our website or create one here.
- Then, please contact us with a list of the item(s) desired and quantity of each.
- We will respond back with availability status and pricing including shipping charges (sorry, special order items do not qualify for free shipping offers).
- With your approval of the estimate, we will send an invoice email to you with a link to our secure checkout page for payment.
- Once payment is completed, we will add the order to our build list and complete and ship the order as quickly as possible.
Unavailable / Retired Items
Due to company growth and order volume, we have had to make the difficult decision to discontinue certain items based on demand and tooling requirements. We deeply apologize for not being able to offer everything we've offered in the past. We hope you understand this is necessary to serve the current demands. Thank you.
