Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the products you receive from OrganizeMore, please let us know and we will do everything possible to resolve any issue asap! If any item arrives damaged, we will send a replacement quickly. The replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost. We may need a photo of the damage in order to file a claim with UPS.
If returning a product for certain reasons such as dissatisfaction, the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the organizer(s) back in original condition, we will issue an immediate refund for the original purchase cost of the organizer(s). In most cases, we are not able to refund the original shipping charges.
If you simply change your mind about the purchase and contact us before the order is shipped, we can issue a full refund to you including shipping charges.
If your order included FREE SHIPPING, the amount we paid to ship the items to you will be deducted from the purchase price prior to refund.
Please contact us if there is a problem with your order and we will do everything possible to resolve the issue ASAP.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

We gladly accept PayPal for online payment processing. PayPal is an industry leader for ease of purchase, convenience, and security. Please make sure to select the correct shipping address within your PayPal account when you checkout.
We can accept business and personal checks, and money orders for purchases. Please allow a few extra days for payments to clear thru the banking system. To purchase with this method, we ask that you simply enter the desired items in your online shopping cart. Then add your shipping zip code. This will allow UPS or USPS to calculate the correct shipping amount based on your location and the items you are purchasing. Then, simply print out that page and include it with your payment as well as a contact phone number and email address and mail it to us (please send us a note to let us know so we can watch for the envelope to arrive). Your email or phone number will only be used in case we would need to contact you with any questions. Plus, we can let you know your payment arrived safely.
Sales tax will be applied to all sales within the state of Tennessee at a rate of 9.75%. Thank you.

You may unsubscribe from our emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us. We DO NOT ever share your email information with anyone for any reason. We DO NOT spam.

We custom build each organizer by hand per order. Processing and shipping generally takes between 4-6 weeks. In times of unusually high order volume, shipping may be delayed somewhat. We will inform the customer of those instances as they occur.
The purchaser assumes any and all responsibility for determining suitability of all products sold by OrganizeMore for their specific use. OrganizeMore assumes no liability for any injury or damage resulting from the use or misuse of products sold, given away, or supplied in any other way by this company.
OrganizeMore ships all orders by ground methods. The customer receives an email with a tracking link once a shipping label is created. OrganizeMore prefers UPS. We reserve the right to select another carrier if necessary and provides a better service to the customer. We cannot guarantee when an order arrives. Consider any shipping or transit time offered by OrganizeMore or any other parties as only an estimate.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or input error, OrganizeMore reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product(s) listed at the incorrect price. OrganizeMore shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed or customer's credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, OrganizeMore shall immediately issue a credit back to your card in the full amount of the incorrect price/ total.
