Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the products you receive from OrganizeMore, please let us know and we will do everything possible to resolve any issue asap! If any item arrives damaged, we will send a replacement quickly. The replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost. We may need a photo of the damage in order to file a claim with UPS.
If returning a product for certain reasons such as dissatisfaction, the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the organizer(s) back in original condition, we will issue an immediate refund for the original purchase cost of the organizer(s). In most cases, we are not able to refund the original shipping charges.
If you simply change your mind about the purchase and contact us before the order is shipped, we can issue a full refund to you including shipping charges. If your order included FREE SHIPPING, the amount we paid to ship the items to you will be deducted from the purchase price prior to refund.
