All OrganizeMore products are handmade and hand painted by us, in our shop. We make great efforts to inspect every product we wrap and ship. As with anything handmade of wood, there may be minor imperfections. If you receive a product from us with any defect that concerns you, compromises the integrity of the product, or deems it unacceptable, please reach out to us. We will do everything possible to resolve the issue asap. Thank you.

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the products you receive from OrganizeMore, please let us know within 60 days of purchase, and we will do everything possible to resolve any issue asap! If any item arrives damaged, we will send a replacement quickly. We may need a photo of the damage in order to file a claim with UPS.
If returning a product for certain reasons such as dissatisfaction, the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the organizer(s) back in original condition, we will issue an immediate refund for the original purchase cost of the organizer(s). In most cases, we are not able to refund the original shipping charges.
If you simply change your mind about the purchase and contact us before the order is shipped, we can issue a full refund to you including shipping charges.
If your order included FREE SHIPPING, the amount we paid to ship the items to you will be deducted from the purchase price prior to refund.
Please contact us if there is a problem with your order and we will do everything possible to resolve the issue ASAP.

This ink stand is fantastic! It’s sturdy and very well made. The white finish is nice too. I use it for my standard ink pads and I use the spacers for any smaller ink pads like Distress Oxides. Highly recommend!!
